Highly strong inorganic resin boards are used as lining layers of thermal insulation and decoration integrated wall panels. The surfaces of inorganic panels are polished by highly precise automatic sander machines and then leveled with smooth putty. After polishing, they are sprayed with fluorocarbon paint, stone lacquer,Faux Granite Painting and water in water paint on automatic spraying machines according to standard process.
The installation of thermal insulation and decoration integrated wall panels is so easy that it doesn't need to lay keel or thermal insulation boards. Besides, there's no harsh requirements for climate and construction conditions. The installation process can be completed by three simple stages:
- Pasting: The wall panels are pasted on walls using specified mortar.
- Anchoring: The wall panels are permanently and mechanically connected with walls using specified metal anchorage.
- Treating seams: The seams are filled with thermal insulated foam strips and then sealed with weatherproof sealant.
