Wall Panel Production Line, Stationary Type
The stationary type wall panel production line from Sanlian consists of concrete mixing plant, slurry infusing machine, wall panel molding machine, automatic stacker, and other equipment. The equipment in the concrete wall panel system is mainly manufactured from Q235, Q345, 40Cr and 45# steels, aluminum alloys, etc. Some of the materials come with hardening and tempering, carburizing and oxidizing treatments which improve service life of the equipment.

Features
1. The stationary type lightweight wall panel production line is ideal for the investment for annual production of less than 100,000m2.
2. It features small floor space, high productivity and low cost of investment.
3. Based on customers' requirements, the building machinery can make solid and hollow wall panels with 50-200mm thickness and 2270-3000mm length.
4. The wall panel molding machine is stationary in the plant, and other equipment moves to its place to complete the production processes.
Working Principle
1. After precise batching, materials are fed into the mixer for a specific time of mixing. Mixed materials will be pumped into the hopper and then infused into the wall panel molding chamber that is constructed from aluminum molds.
2. After molding, the wall panel molding machine will open the molds and the stacker with demolding function will draw out the wall panels and stack them. When stacking, the stacker will turn the wall panels over 90° horizontally for easy transportation by forklift.
3. Finally, forklift transports the stacked products to storage yard for curing.
