Tinned CCA wire or tinned CCAM wire is made of copper clad aluminum or copper clad aluminum magnesium conductor coated in a thin layer of tin to provide protection against oxidation and corrosion that would decrease the wire efficiency in humid and contaminated environments. Tinned CCA wire integrates the inherent characteristics of the lightweight of aluminum and the excellent conductivity of the copper. Furthermore, the tinning itself boosts the conductivity, and makes soldering easier and more resistant to breakage.
Tinned CCA wire diameter: 0.10mm-1.00mm
Tinned CCAM wire diameter: 0.08mm-2.50mm
