Silicone Rubber Insulated Instrumentation Cable
Standard Silicone rubber insulated instrumentation cable is manufactured according to Q/32041148.2 (refer toBS5308, BS 7629) Standards.
The flame-retardant cables comply with GB /T18380.3 (IEC60 332-3) standards.
The low-smoke low-halogen cables comply with GB/T17650 (IEC60754-1), GB/T 17651(IEC61034) standards.
The low-smoke halogen-free cables comply with GB/T17650 (IEC60754-1), GB/T 17651(IEC61034) standards.
The fire-resistance cable (NH) can pass the test according to GB 19216(IEC 60331-21)
Application Silicone rubber insulated instrumentation cables are often used for sign transmission, controlling and measuring systems of the electric components and the power distribution in industries which have high flame-proof requirements.
Properties 1. Rated voltage: 300/500V
2. The Max. Long-term operating temperature of conductor:-60℃~180℃
3. The permitted bending radius:
No less than 12 times of the overall diameter of the cable for which has armored or wrapped shield.
No less than 6 times of the overall diameter of the cable for the others.
4. The Min. laying temperature is:
-20℃ for PE sheathed cable;
0℃ for PVC or HFPO sheathed cable.
It should be pre-heated if it is below the Min. laying temperature.
5. Flame characteristics
5.1 The flame retardant cable can pass the test according to GB 18380.3(IEC 60332-3): Test method on electrical wires or cables under fire conditions Part 5: Test on bunched wires and cables.
5.2 The low-smoke low-halogen flame retardant cable can pass testing according to GB/T 17651(IEC61034): Test method on electrical wires or cables under fire conditions. The insulation and sheath material of the cable should be tested as per GB/T17650 (IEC60754-1). The HCl content of the emission gas in the firing test should be no more than 100mg/g.
5.3 The insulation and sheath material of the low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable can pass test according to GB/T 17651(IEC61034) : Test method on electrical wires or cables under fire conditions. The insulation and sheath material of the cable should be tested as per GB/T17650(IEC60754-2) , pH value shall be no less than 4.3 and conductivity should be less than 10ms/mm.
5.4 The fire-restance cable (NH) can pass the test according to GB/T 19216(IEC 60332-1)
6. The DC resistance of conductor and insulation resistance is shown in table 3.
