Conveying
Cooling conveyor is used for conveying freshly baked biscuits from the oven to the biscuit stacker. It can also be used as a stand-alone cooling conveyor. By combining the water ring pump, steam jet and high efficiency heat exchanger, this machine realizes fast, efficient and energy efficient vacuum of the vacuum chamber, so that the heat in the biscuits can be released in a short time. It takes only 3-8 minutes (depending on the ingredients) for the food to be cooled to the normal temperature, which extremely enhances productivity. High-efficiency cooling gives biscuits better appearance, while preventing bacterial growth, extending its shelf life, and keeping it hygienic.
Exit conveyor is used for conveying baked biscuit from the oven to the next machine. Its conveyor belt is a network made of 304 stainless steel, providing stable and accurate conveyance and excellent cooling effect. The wear strip is made of food grade nylon, which is safe and hygienic.
Curve conveyor is mainly used for conveying formed biscuits. This conveyor uses food grade PU belt and it is safe and hygienic. We provide best solutions for our customers in automatic production line design when the factory length is limited. We can design 90°or 180° plane turn as required by customers to make the best of the plant space.
