Features

The load frame adopts a fully enclosed, high-stiffness architecture with zero backlash, ensuring excellent stability during high-frequency cyclic loading.
Induction-hardened columns with hard-chrome finish provides superior guiding accuracy, exceptional surface hardness, and long-term corrosion resistance. Hydraulic crosshead lift and hydraulic crosshead locking controlled via rotary knobs for intuitive operation. The self-locking mechanism prevents crosshead drift even when the system is powered off.
Integrated coaxiality adjustment system allows fine alignment of upper and lower hydraulic grips, ensuring highly accurate axial loading and optimal test repeatability.
Imported hydraulic fittings, seals, and hoses guarantees long-term sealing reliability and stable hydraulic performance.
Integrated actuator-lower crosshead design reduces bolted connections, increases system stiffness, and results in a more compact mechanical layout.
Servo actuator with clearance-seal technology eliminates high-pressure seals. The ultra-precise fit between piston and cylinder ensures exceptionally smooth motion, extremely low damping, zero stick-slip and high-frequency response suitable for dynamic fatigue applications.
Mechanical-hydraulic rotary control interface offers intuitive and reliable operation.
