Can the junction box size be customized, and will customization affect its protection rating or certification compliance?
Yes. Special dimensions can be customized, with a minimum size of 100×80×50 mm. Customization does not affect the protection performance, as the sealing structure continues to use the polyurethane foamed gasket. The lid and body are re-fitted precisely to maintain the IP56 protection level and ensure compliance with certification standards.
For electrical cabinets used in coastal areas such as power stations, which material is recommended?
It is recommended to use 316 stainless steel, which contains molybdenum that significantly enhances resistance to chloride ion corrosion, ensuring longer service life in marine or high-salinity environments.
