Track Chain
Track chains, in conjunction with the ring gear, are what makes the whole machine move forward. Our series of track chains can be used on construction machinery like excavators and bulldozers from Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sumitomo, Kobelco, Kato, and Daewoo.

Our track chains and chain accessories are durable and wear-resistant, having passed a hardness test and met the appropriate Chinese standards.

Unlike other companies, we do all of our forging, machining and heat treatment in our own facilities, giving us more quality control over the entire production process of our bulldozer undercarriage part.

Our track chains are made of 35MnB.
5. Various Processing Methods and Service
In the production of our excavator part, we apply several processing methods including forging, quenching and tampering, and we machine, assemble, paint, and package your excavator part before shipping.

1. Material: 40Mn2
2. Surface finish: Finely polished in accordance with the Ra3.2 in Chinese standards.
3. Color: The standard colors are yellow, gray and black; other colors are customizable.
4. Surface hardness: The hardness: HRC46-58; the depth: ≥6mm
5. Design standard:JG/T 58-1999
6. Guarantee period: 2,000 working hours, 10 months
7. Certificate: ISO9001-9002
8. Minimum order quantity: 100 Pieces
9. Delivery time: The date of delivery is within 3 working days after your payment. The contract varies according to the quantity of your order.
10. Production cycle: The regular production cycle of our track chain is within 10 days; large orders may require 15 - 35 days.
