The automatic bulk weighing system is designed for accurate dosing and weighing of free-flowing bulk granular (powdery) materials, providing precise electronic weighing of materials for packaging operations. This system is ideal for a wide range of bulk granular (powdery) materials, including granular materials, powders, lumps, strips, and flakes, making it highly versatile for various industries.

Depending on the characteristics of the bulk materials, the bulk weigher offers several feeding options, such as gravity feeding, vibratory feeding, and spiral feeding, ensuring flexibility and accuracy for different material types.

Weighing speed: up to 2000 bag/hour (20-50kg bag), 10-50 bag/hour (500-1000kg bag)
Weighing accuracy: ±0.1% (20-50kg bag), ±0.05 to 0.1% (500-1000kg bag)

Machine Structure and Key Components

Our automated weighing systems are equipped with advanced electrical components, ensuring reliable performance and long-term durability. We utilize SMC cylinders and solenoid valves from Japan for superior quality. The PLC controllers from OMRON or SIEMENS offer digital calibration capabilities, providing precise adjustments for air volume compensation and the flexibility to freely set coarse and fine feeding values. This design makes our systems incredibly user-friendly, low-maintenance, and cost-efficient, offering a hassle-free experience with minimal operational costs.

Our weighing modules are equipped with HBM stainless steel bending beam load cells from Germany, featuring strong interference resistance, fast weighing speeds, and quick response times, ensuring precise measurements with excellent stability. Our weighing modules provide consistent, reliable performance to meet a wide range of weighing needs, delivering both efficiency and dependability in every application.

The weighing controllers are equipped with UNIPULSE F701 or F805 models (touchscreen) from Japan, known for their high interference resistance and exceptional sensitivity. With a sampling rate of up to 100 times per second and fast A/D conversion, these controllers meet the stringent demands of high-precision weighing, ensuring accurate and reliable performance for all applications.

The weighing hopper features a tension rod structure, which effectively reduces vibrations, thereby improving weighing accuracy. Additionally, the discharge door is designed with a cone-shaped opening, allowing for faster material discharge and enhanced operational efficiency.

The components in direct contact with materials are made from 304 stainless steel, and are finished with 150# abrasive polishing to prevent material buildup and ensure smooth, efficient operation.

The bag sewing machine is from the renowned brand Newlong in Japan, known for its high-speed stitching. It features a pneumatic cutting system for paper tape/cord and is compatible with a variety of packaging bag materials, offering versatility and efficiency in the packaging process.

Optional Configurations

The automatic bulk weighing system can be customized with additional equipment based on customer requirements, including conveyors, bag sewing machines, and heat-sealing machines, providing a tailored solution to meet specific operational needs.
