Features
The hot stamping patterns are clear, beautiful and colorful, and feature an outstanding wear resistance.
Principle
The base PET film is first coated with a resin layer and a color layer. The next step involves a layer of aluminum and a layer of glue (in that order) being applied to the color layer surface. Based on a hot stamping process, we use a pressing and heating method, so that the glue layer will melt and combine with the base materials. In the final step, the stamping foil is transferred to the base materials.
