Features
1. We use a high quality base paper and film in the lamination process. The metallic laminated paper has a high bight and glossy looking appearance, with an excellent neatness and stiffness. The color is not easy to change, and the laminated paper itself has a high temperature resistance.
2. We provide prepress treatment on the paper surface according to customer requirements, including coloring, matte treatment, matte gold treatment and more.
3. The shading performance and surface effect is nearly the same as aluminized paper, though the thickness of the laminated layer is only 1/200 that of the aluminized layer.
4. The materials of our metallic laminated paper include new, environmentally friendly material that is recyclable and will naturally degrade.
Principle
First, the base materials of PET polyester film or OPP stretch polypropylene film will be coated either directly with a layer of aluminum, or aluminum plated after coating a layer of another material. Second, the film is laminated using a high speed lamination machine in order to transfer the coating onto the sheet. Finally, the prepress process is completed, making the laminated paper then suitable for any further processes a customer requires, such as coloring, varnishing or others.
