The CBN (cubic boron nitride) grinding wheel features a strong cutting force and high hardness. It is suitable for grinding high rigidity and low heat transfer materials, such as high speed steel and steel tools.

Features

Excellent heat stability: the heat resistance of the CBN grinding wheel reaches 1250℃ to 1350℃. It can still remain high-quality grinding performance even though sparks produced while grinding.
Fine grinding surface: sharped grinding edge, small grinding force, high precision dimension.
During the grinding process of CBN grinding wheel, only the oil cooling coolants are allowed while the water coolants are not.
