Application:
KCB18.3-83.3 series stainless steel pumps are widely used for lubricating machines and equipment, lubrication pumps, and can used the pipelining to drive the media flowing, a transportation pumps.
The temperature of media transferred media is no higher than 300℃, and viscosity is 5×10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s5-1500cSt),
Displacement is 1.1m3/h-600m3/h
Pressure is 0.28MPa--2.5MPa
These stainless steel pumps can be used to transfer corrosive media, the lower temperature media transferred needs the copper inner parts

Structure:
1. The 304.316.316L stainless steel are used
2. The stainless steel made of stainless steel gears, pump shaft, and shaft seals, safe valve, and the gears are tempered for hardening, all the parts lubrication by the media the pump transferred,
3. These pumps have safe valve to protect the pumps got damaged from overload pressure
4. The torque force is not high so the bearing do not take high press force, avoid the high friction
