Automatic webbing winding machine is specially designed for elastic webbing with widths of 18–50 mm and is also suitable for non-elastic webbing. It supports automatic measuring and packaging of continuous webbing materials and is compatible with both paper core and coreless winding. Users can preset the roll length, and the machine will automatically cut when the set length is reached (supporting both cold and hot cutting), then automatically secure the end with tape to prevent loosening.
Features
- The frame is made of standard-grade steel with a painted surface, and components are precisely machined from high-strength aluminum alloy.
- Equipped with a PLC control system and touchscreen display, combined with a servo motor to enable programmable digital control, ensuring easy operation and compatibility with both elastic and non-elastic webbing.
- Winding length error ≤ 2%, reducing labor requirements as one operator can manage multiple machines.
