Automatic Rope Winder (Paper Tube Type)
Automatic rope winder is designed for small-diameter cords and uses spool-type paper tubes as winding cores. The feeding width can be adjusted according to spool size, and multiple spools can be loaded simultaneously. The rope winding machine supports continuous operation without stopping to replenish spools and automatically completes spool loading, winding, cutting, and sealing.
The length of each roll can be preset. When the preset length is reached, the machine automatically cuts the rope and seals the end with tape to prevent loosening. The winding tension can be adjusted via one-touch control, making it suitable for both elastic and non-elastic cords.
The winder frame is made of standard structural steel with a painted surface, and components are precisely machined. It is equipped with a PLC and touchscreen display, combined with a servo motor for programmable digital control.
