Slitter Rewinder
The slitting machine is used for slitting paper, laminated film, aluminum foil, printing film, etc., which is an ideal machine for printing and packaging companies. The machine is designed with a PLC control system and a HMI touch screen, making operations easy and convenient. Featuring with a pneumatic tension control brake, the constant tension can be maintained during the rewinding. Traction control is driven by a variable frequency motor, ensuring constant line speed and avoiding mutual affect between the rewind and unwind tension. The air expanding mandrel is used as the rewind shaft, which is driven by a variable frequency motor. The rewind tension control is achieved by means of controlling the friction pressure of the rewind shaft according to rewind diameter, slitting thickness, pre-determined tension value, etc. Hydraulic shaftless material loading and unloading is adopted in the unwind section, saving your time and improving working efficiency. EPC deviation correction system is adopted, allowing for high accuracy. In addition, the slitting machine is designed with an automatic material unloading function.
