HDD drill pipe is a hollow, thick-walled pipe （HDD：Horizontal Directional Drilling）. As a horizontal directional drilling tool, it is commonly used for drilling platform and horizontal drilling, convenient for drilling solutions and with diversified sizes available. The drill pipe is hollowed, allowing the drilling fluid being conveyed by the pump through the pipe. Geotec mainly focusing on manufacturing of integral forged drill pipes, but except for this horizontal directional drilling product, we also provide customers with a series of drilling tools covering reamer, directional drilling bits, swivels, bits pulling accessories etc.
- The drill pipe adopts BAOSTEEL drill pipe which are made of S135 steel, ensuring that the drill pipe is able to meet the construction requirements;
- Thickness design on two ends of the drill pipe improves fatigue resistance performance and gives pipe a longer service life;
- Heat treatment ensures drill pipe’s excellent performance in straightness and tenacity;
- Double shoulder design of the drill pipe gives the pipe improved torque;
- Giving shot blasting to the drill pipe surface and the thread, ensuring a longer service life under fatigue operation;
- There is steel seal on the thread, only one for each batch, making it convenient for tracking the following using conditions
