Ultra-silent

Easy to be assembled and disassembled
- Because of the single side cantilever and buckle structure, the PU belt can be quickly disassembled without removing the machine rack and any main parts of the frame.

- To replace or disassemble a PU belt of the traditional turning conveyor, 4-6 hours are needed. And over 50% of the main body needs to be disassembled.
- The disassembly of 90° PU belt by general workers requires about 9 minutes, and assembly of PU belt requires 10 minutes.

- The bending conveyor is easy to clean because of the see through frame structure which is equipped with 45° dust proof rail bracket.
- The food grade PU belt can meet the FDA standard.
- The bending conveyor is equipped with scraper and pull out tray under the PU belt to recycle the waste dough on the surface of the belt.
- It can meet the hygienic standard and quick cleaning standard of the high level food processing factory.
- Different with traditional turning conveyor, the bending conveyor has no guide rail, no chain drive, no rubber rope traction and no health hazard. The see through frame structure has no hygienic dead angle.
- The stainless steel frame, cover plate and buckle structure can be cleaned by water.
Durable
- The soft touch driving method, non-fully tension PU belt conveying and low power and low load running can prolong the service life of the PU belt.
- The structure with no pallet can reduce the friction with the bottom surface of the PU belt so that the service life of the PU belt can be prolonged.
- There is no need to change the belt frequently so that the cost of maintaining can be reduced.
- Different with traditional turning conveyor with the structure of bearing guide rail, chain drive and rubber rope traction, the buckle structure realizes uniform stress on PU belt. So the service life of the PU belt can be prolonged as 2-3 times.
- The full stainless steel structure makes the machine durable and no rust.
Versatile
- Products enter or exit at the same time when the inside radius edge and outside radius edge carrying products. The row, column and distance of the products are invariability, benefiting for automatic stacking at downstream.
- Small rollers are used at both ends to achieve flat interface transition. Small sized products can be conveyed.
- Flat interface transition is designed to be concave at the bottom and convex at the top to realize convenient connection to the upstream and downstream linear conveyor belt. It has strong universality.
- Flat interface transition can be adjusted at both side and both ends. The angle of turning conveyor and tension degree of PU belt can be slightly adjusted.
- The bending conveyor adopts variable frequency drive of which the linear speed can be adjusted within large range. So the conveyor can meet the need of bearing different products and operation conditions.
- Different with traditional turning conveyor, our machine can be easy to dock with upstream and downstream equipment from different manufacturers. This means that it has good universality.
- PU belt has flat and smooth surface, stable high speed running and strong docking performance.
Customizable
- The width of PU belt can be customized besides the normal width (600mm-1400mm).
- The inner turning radius can be customized besides the normal radius (R600mm, R1000mm).
- The turning angle can be customized besides the normal degree (90°, 180°). The customizable angle can be 45°, 67°, 120° etc.
- There are two optional types of turning conveyor: bridge type or standing type.
- The height of the machine can be customized besides the normal height (700-1200mm).
- The turning speed can be customized from 5-60 meter/min.
- There is optional touch screen which can realize precise control and speed display.
- To match the speed of upstream conveyor, the speed of the turning conveyor can be customized according to the upstream conveyor.
- To match the speed of downstream conveyor, the speed of the turning conveyor can be customized according to the downstream conveyor.
