SY Series Suspended Platform for Wind Turbine Blades
Shenxi manufactures SY series suspended platforms for wind turbine blades to deal with the harsh maintenance condition. This suspended platform offers a safe and reliable working environment, which can also be custom made to meet your individual needs of blade removal and installation. It is a safe, efficient, and flexible tool for blade replacement of existing wind power equipment.
The overall platform is mainly composed of an aluminum alloy platform, traction hoist, fall prevention safety device, erecting work platform, enclosed left and right moving platform and a top suspension system.
Operators carry specialized tools and devices, moving from the inside of the wind turbine tower to the nacelle and to the outside. Then operators hang the suspension device to the designated position and slowly release the wire rope to the ground.
The ground personnel connects the completely assembled platform with the 4 wire ropes, and then maintenance personnel enters the platform to start the power supply and operates the platform to the work position. It is necessary to pay attention to the relative position of the platform to avoid collision with the blade.
After the platform reaches the designated position, the left and right sliding platforms are driven to dock, and the work surface is erected. Then operators use clamps to fix blade and remove the assembly bolts of blades. After the inspection, they just need to press down button to lower the platform and complete a work cycle (15s).
The work platform provides a safe and efficient maintenance solution for wind turbine blades that need to be replaced. The installation time is short so that the replacement work of 3-5 fans can be done in one day.
