Features

The frictioncalendering machine iscomposed by a soft roll in the middle and two hard rollers. The upper hard rollmakes polished friction rubbing the fabric along with the middle soft roll,while the bottom hard roll forms hard rolling point with the middle soft roll.The fabric first passes the hard rolling point and then the friction point.

For the drive rolls, the surface speed of the friction roll is faster than thesoft roll, the friction calendering machine ensuresgloss appearance of fabric due to the friction between them and remarkablyreduces the gap between threads or fibers. The speed ratio between frictionroll and fabric can reach 1.2:1. For the friction roll, the friction rangecan be changedand the temperature usually is from 100°C to 160°C.
