Box Beam Welding Machine (Twin-Wire GMAW)
Request a Quote
Box beam welding machine (twin-wire GMAW) is designed for the initial root pass welding of box columns using twin-wire CO2 gas metal arc welding (GMAW) technology. This steel beam welder is designed for the root pass welding of assembled box columns using dual-arc twin-wire CO2 gas shielded welding. The welding arm moves vertically and horizontally via a slide and trolley to align the nozzle with the seam. A pneumatic-elastic mechanical tracking device ensures the wheels stay pressed against the workpiece for precise seam tracking as the trolley travels linearly along the rails.

Key Features
-
- System Architecture: The root pass welding machine is composed of a traveling trolley, vertical columns, crossbeams, welding arms, a mechanical seam tracking device, an electronic control system, and a CO2 welding power source.
-
- Precision Drive & Sync: VFD motors provide stepless speed control with digital displays, synchronizing trolley travel with the welder's start-up for consistent quality.
-
- Flexible Multi-Axis Motion: The welding arm uses motorized chains and pneumatic cylinders to adjust vertically and laterally for various beam specifications.
-
- Enhanced Stability: Rails feature side guide wheels and anti-tip hooks to ensure smooth, safe, and stable trolley movement at all speeds.
-
- Automated Seam Tracking: Pneumatic mechanical trackers automatically adjust the slide to follow seam curves, maintaining precise nozzle positioning for superior weld quality.
-
- Ergonomic Design: Internal control boards save space, while localized control boxes and cable drag chains improve operational convenience and aesthetics.
-
- Integrated Welding System: Features four NBC-500X power sources supporting two dual-wire heads with fully linked controls for streamlined operation.
