A medium-frequency induction furnace is used for all castings to prevent impurities and toxic gases from affecting the purity of molten metal and the equipment helps prevent material segregation. Every stage of the processing of molten metal is strictly controlled to stabilize the product quality.
The main materials of our castings include hi-chrome white cast iron, cast high-manganese steel, high silicon cast iron, nickel base alloys, grey cast iron, cast steel, and ductile cast iron. In addition to common elements, precious metal additives are available as well. We are outfitted with an accurate analyzer to enable the quick detection and adjustment of the chemical content. Therefore, we are able to fulfill all of your custom requirements.
