Chemical Pump
The conveying of strong corrosive liquids is typical in the chemical industry. Even high chromium alloy pumps can be easily corroded and damaged during operation.
We recommend rubber lined centrifugal pumps to convey chemical liquids. The corrosion resistance of rubber is better than metal, especially polyurethane synthetic rubber, neoprene, etc. As long as solid particles in the conveyed media are not especially abrasive, rubber wet ends always have a longer service life.
If it is more difficult to transport the media, for example, larger particle diameter, higher concentration or particularly strong corrosion. Then based on the different features of these media, we can offer chemical pumps of other materials and structures to meet customer demands.
For example, we use FRP material to handle strong base media, fluoroplastics to convey strong liquid acids, and open impellers to solve high concentration media, etc.
