Combined Drawing Line
Our combined drawing line is an integrated system designed for the continuous processing of various metals, including steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and alloys. This combined drawing system is engineered to transform raw materials into round and profiled bars through a seamless sequence of drawing, straightening, cutting and surface finishing.
Specifically built for industrial-scale manufacturing, this combined drawing machine handles inlet diameters ranging from Ø30 mm to Ø8 mm with a pulling force of 3 to 25 tons. The bar drawing line integrates multiple processing units including pay-off, prestraightener, shot blasting machine, drawing unit, profile straightener, hydraulic shear, guide rack, 2-roll straightening machine, and delivery table.
