Inverted Wire Drawing Machine
The inverted wire drawing machine (IVD) is a high-capacity wire drawing machine specifically engineered for processing large-diameter, heavy-duty metal wires. As an essential component in metal wire production lines, this vertical wire drawing machine is designed to handle raw materials with diameters up to Ø40 mm, performing precise cold drawing to achieve significant diameter reduction while ensuring superior metallurgical quality.
Equipped with a hydraulic automatic threading system, our inverted vertical drawing machine significantly reduces manual labor and ensures a stable, continuous wire drawing process. The wire is drawn through the die box under controlled tension and is then vertically wound onto an overhead inverted take-up drum, This vertical configuration allows for the formation of large-weight finished coils that are ready for immediate industrial use or downstream processing.

- 3.0-ton Damping Pay-off Unit
Positioned at the beginning of the production line and used for holding and uncoiling large-diameter metal wire coils (up to Ø40 mm). The damping mechanism provides adjustable braking force to ensure stable and uniform pay-off tension during the drawing process, preventing wire loosening due to inertia or breakage, and supporting stable downstream drawing.
- Take-Up Conveye
Not a passive component, but an integrated automated unit combining rotational winding, independent drive, and mobile unloading functions. Working together with the hydraulic automatic threading system of the main machine, it forms a complete automated process from loading, drawing, take-up to unloading, improving overall production efficiency.
- Wire Drawing Machine
Serves as the core equipment in the metal wire cold processing line. The drawing machine applies strong drawing force to pull large-diameter metal wire through the die, reducing its diameter while simultaneously winding it into large-weight finished coils.
