This cold rolling steel wire line is a versatile rebar production line designed to transform hot-rolled wire rods into high strength straight rebar. By integrating the cold rolling line and the steel rebar straightening and cutting machines into a single, seamless process, this straight rebar production equipment offers an efficient solution for reinforcing wire rolling and processing. The cold rolling process forms the ribs on the rebar surface, while the straightening section helps keep the finished rebar straight and uniform.

The wire processing machine is engineered to handle an inlet wire rod range of Ø5.5mm to Ø14mm, producing finished ribbed rebar from Ø5mm to Ø12mm at an impressive maximum production speed of 5m/s. The finished cold rolled ribbed steel bar is produced in fixed lengths ranging from 1.5m to 12m and is essential for the construction industry. It is commonly used in critical structural elements that require superior bonding strength with concrete, such as columns, foundations, beams, bridge supports, and other structural components.

Main Components
    1. Loading Station and Pay-Off Stand

Two loading stations are provided for alternating use. Each loading station can be hydraulically driven to rotate 90°, which allows easier coil handling and loading. The loading stations work together with the pay-off stand to support continuous wire feeding.

    1. Descaling Unit

The descaling unit uses five rollers to bend the rebar as it passes through, which helps remove rust and surface scale. Roller positions can be adjusted by motor to accommodate different processing requirements.

    1. Rolling Mills (2 units)

Includes two rolling mills, each fitted with a cassette containing six rollers. The first rolling mill handles diameter reduction, while the second is used for ribbing. Both rolling mills work together with two drive capstans to ensure smooth and coordinated processing.

    1. Tension Regulator

The tension regulator is used to balance tension between the rolling mills and the straightening machine, helping keep the processing flow more stable.

    1. Straightening and Flying Shear Cutting Machine

This unit combines multi-roll straightening with flying shear cutting to straighten ribbed rebar after ribbing and cut it to the required length. The multi-roll straightening process helps protect the bar surface, keeping the rib pattern clear and reducing scratches.

    1. Collection Table

The collection table features automatic flipping and neat rolling of finished rebar. It allows grouping of small batches, opens and closes pneumatically, and has a load capacity of 3 tons. The standard length is 12 meters, with customization options available.
