The HP-D series aggregate batching machine supports flexible configuration of aggregate bin quantity based on project requirements. The ground-type aggregate bins adopt reinforced concrete wall structures with large storage capacity. This concrete wall aggregate bin batcher is suitable for medium- and large-scale construction projects, ready-mix concrete batching plants, and precast concrete component factories.

The batching machine features pneumatic adjustable gates to accommodate various batching requirements.
To ensure operational reliability, anti-jamming devices are fitted at the bin outlets to prevent blockages and ensure full gate closure.
The sand bins are equipped with vibrators to overcome wet sand adhesion, guaranteeing a smooth and consistent material discharge.
