In order to produce high-quality fencing based on the needs of customers, Biaosheng maintains strict control over the quality of fence panels, fence posts, poles, as well as fence accessories. We are constantly improving upon our technologies, especially our welding and weaving processes.
Usually our fences have three parts: a fence panel, fence post and pole, and fence accessories.
The fence panel is made of low carbon steel and stainless steel connected through welding or weaving processes. The surface treatments like hot-dipped galvanizing, PVC coating, and powder coating ensure high corrosion resistance and overall quality appearance of the wire mesh.
Several fence panels Biaosheng has provided are shown below.The fence post and pole are the “support” of a metal fence. They are usually made from low carbon steel and is either treated through galvanization or spraying to improve their corrosion resistance even under adverse environmental conditions. We provide four main types of fence posts: round tube column, square tube column, peach shape column fence, and Y column.
The fence accessories are the connection between the fence panel and fence post and pole. These accessories play a vital role in the stability and integrity of the fence. We provide four main accessories: column bases, linkers, expand bolts, and rain post caps.
