The MK800FBII box folder gluers feature a robust steel frame and modular design, integrating all functional units for fast installation and reliable high-speed operation. They can be fitted with an optional HHS gluing unit and additional accessories to handle various types of boxes such as straight-line, double-wall, crash lock bottom, 4/6 corner, and partition boxes. When equipped with an optional HHS on-line inspection module our MK800FBII box folder gluers can carry out high-speed monitoring and automatic ejection of defective boxes, ensuring consistent quality throughout production.

Main Configuration
Feeding Section
- A high-strength vibrating motor ensures stable feeding of boxes.
- Feeding accessories feature a special profile structure with pneumatic up-and-down adjustment, to ensure a simple and precise operation.
Pre-folding Section
- Boxes are pre-folded 180° at the first crease line and 135° at the third crease line, so they unfold easily for filling.
- Aluminum profiles are light but strong, easy to position, and quick to adjust for setup.
Crash Lock Bottom Section
- Extra modules can be added to handle specific box types, giving operators flexibility for different production requirements.
- The modular design reserves space for the back-folding servo system, and operators can adjust folding parameters using the interface.
- Optional attachments are available to handle specialized boxes or support complex lock-bottom folding.
Folding Section
- The folding belts speed can be adjusted to match production requirements.
- The folding belt design prevents interference from the folding guide, ensuring boxes fold without wrinkles or misalignment.
Pressing Section
- The high-speed counting control unit, developed in-house, controls pressing accurately and allows operators to manage the process easily.
Delivery Section
- The pneumatic pressure adjustment allows precise control to achieve the required overlap between boxes.
- Drive belts collect boxes and can be adjusted individually to ensure neat stacking.
- Operators can set delivery speed to match the packing process.
Human Interface
- PLC control with HMI coordinates all functional sections.
- The interface automatically detects box length, monitors operating conditions, and provides clear alerts for faults.
