Diana Go 85 folder gluers are used to turn die-cut carton blanks into folded and glued boxes for commercial and packaging printing. The folder gluer folds the blank along the crease lines, applies glue to the required areas, and presses the carton into its finished flat form. They fold and glue straight-line and crash lock bottom boxes, as CD covers, and other small to medium paperboard products. Our Diana Go folder gluers support regular cardboard boxes production at speeds up to 300 m/min and feature a compact layout that fits well into a variety of production spaces.

Main Configuration
Feeding and Alignment Unit
- Friction belts with quick-positioning carriers help reduce setup time at the start of production.
- Feeder gates provide precise length and pressure control to ensure stable feeding of straight-line and crash-lock bottom carton blanks.
- Friction belts can be replaced in less than one minute without removing the transmission shafts.
- An optional blank suction and alignment system is available for more flexible carton feeding.
- Side alignment can be adjusted on both the left and right sides, with side guide adjustment up to 40 mm.
Prefolding Unit
- Low side frames on both the operator and drive sides provide easy access for setup and maintenance.
- The first and third crease lines are prebroken so that crash lock bottom boxes fold cleanly and consistently in the main folding section.
- The unit supports code reader integration to monitor production and record carton handling automatically.
- Optional attachment for handling crash lock bottom boxes during prefolding.
Folding Unit
- The upper right and left rollers move blanks smoothly through the folding section.
- Blanks fold left-before-right to align the sides and flaps of the box accurately.
- Optional central carriers can be installed or removed easily thanks to the lightweight design of the upper and lower roller bars.
- A belt folding option allows the processing of open blanks as narrow as 45 mm, suitable for compact cartons.
User Interface and Automation
- The touchscreen panel allows operators to control all functions comfortably and efficiently.
- Navigation menus are intuitive and self-explanatory, simplifying adjustments and settings for each job.
- The Manu-Set function provides quick configuration for repeated runs or specific folding patterns.
Transfer Section
- Two upper and two lower carriers guide the blanks through the transfer area with precise handling.
- Operators can manually adjust both upper and lower carriers to accommodate different carton sizes.
- Optional ejectors, available in linear or rotary versions, allow controlled removal of blanks from the line.
Compression Section
- A 600 mm wide compressing belt ensures stable pressure across the blanks.
- The 1.6 m pressing section applies consistent force to secure folds and glue adhesion.
- An optional soft rubber belt helps keep pressure even, protecting delicate or thin crash lock bottom boxes.
- Optional start/stop functionality allows operators to control the compression section during production.
