The sachet packaging machine can sequentially complete automatic film unwinding, slitting, registration, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, product filling, batch coding, horizontal tear line, vertical tear line, easy-tear notch forming, longitudinal cutting, transverse cutting, finished product conveying, and waste collection. The entire packaging process is fully enclosed. It is suitable for packaging granules, capsules, and liquid formulations.
The equipment adopts a full-servo configuration, with all stations driven by servo motors. Parameter adjustments are completed via the touch screen, improving control accuracy while simplifying operation, reducing maintenance requirements, and extending machine service life.

On-site operation of DXDK950Q sachet packaging machine demonstrates its integrated automatic feeding, dosing, and sealing functions. Equipped with a high-precision screw dosing system, the machine ensures stable and accurate filling throughout continuous production.
The sachet packaging machine is compatible with commonly used laminated films (such as PET/PE). Film rolls must be evenly wound without telescoping or eccentricity, as these may cause film feeding issues. Clear and consistent registration marks are essential for accurate pattern positioning. Recommended film thickness is within the designed range (e.g. 0.05–0.1 mm). For special materials, prior consultation is recommended.
The 4-side seal sachet packaging machines are suitable for strip-style light-shielding packaging and are recommended for powders requiring high light protection and sealing performance.
Full-servo packaging machines use servo motors at all stations, offering higher precision and speed, making them suitable for high-standard production environments. Dual-servo machines use servo drive for longitudinal sealing and support automatic double-sided registration tracking, making them more suitable for medium-output applications. Equipment selection can be optimized based on specific production requirements.
