Furring Channel Ceiling System(with Aluminous Gusset Plate)
This ceiling system is composed of Z-shaped channel (working as the furring channel) and main carrier, and adopts specially customized aluminous gusset plates instead of gypsum boards used in common ceilings. Therefore, Z-shaped channel ceiling system is easy to shape, which can make indoor space full of sense of design and aesthetics. The ceiling can show wave shape by designing. The whole ceiling system is made of metal materials which can’t combust at all, so it can effectively prevent fire. Moreover, sound reflection can be reduced and air convection can be improved if using aluminous gusset plate with holes.
In Z-shaped channel ceiling systems, furring channels are connected with main carriers by buckles, which has good fixing effect and also improves the bearing capacity. Besides, it’s easy to cut and assemble, without need of using special tools. And it is very convenient to install the down lights on ceilings.

- Pass main carriers through hangers and fix with screws
- Pass Z-shaped channel parts through main carriers
- Pass Z-shaped channels through parts, and connect them with main carriers
- Connect aluminous gusset plates on Z-shaped channels.
- Install expansion screws on suspenders, and fix with walls or rubber boards, then the ceiling system is completed
