Fushan Lighting is a lighting fixture production company that has been collaborating with FsFocus since 2015. They originally came to use looking to buy a headlight assembly line for H1 halogen bulbs with the requirements of high automation and working efficiency. The equipment also needed to meet ECE standards. After examining the customer’s demands and several in-depth discussions, we provided a feasible headlight assembly solution for their operation that included an air leakage detection device for halogen capsules, H1 headlight bulb alignment machine, headlight bulb specification data inspection machine, laser beam welder, laser marker, inspecting bench and other components. They adopted our solution and they provided us with feedback letting us know that their working efficiency was improved and that their production costs were lowered all while producing high-quality headlights.
Later, Fushan Lighting has purchased 30 sets of light tube wrapping machines and LED tube packaging machines.
