Based on our abundant production resources, Hongxi is capable of providing an immerse collection of glass products which have been extensively used in consumer electronics and industrial equipment. The following are a small part of our glass products.
Tempered float glass, AG glass and AR glass can be fabricated into touch screens on tablets, mobile phones and other consumer electronics products. All sizes of these screen panels can be produced in strict accordance with customer's needs. The regular sizes include 4.5", 7", 10.5", 11", etc. and the thickness range is 0.7mm-3mm.
The optical inspection sorting machine adopts charge coupled device (CCD) and inspects the appearance and size of metal or plastic workpieces by taking advantage of the transparency of glass. Hongxi employs glass materials with high transparency to make the glass plate, enhancing the accuracy of optical inspection sorter.
Glass ceramics rod can function as the heating element of a hair straightener to replace the conventional ceramics heating element.
High-temperature resistant glass designed for wave-soldering equipment can withstand drastic temperature change and won't crack when touching water under high-temperature.
Special high borosilicate glass is used to make the observation window, which can withstand a certain range of temperature change and perform stably. This glass can be used in various observation windows of chemical or medical equipment and high-temperature boiler.
Bent tempered glass is adopted to make the glass pot lid, featuring excellent resistance against high-temperature and safety performance.
