High Pressure Glass-Lined Reactor
Request a Quote
The high pressure glass-lined reactor is available in capacities from 63L to 40000L and is manufactured in accordance with ASME and PED pressure vessel standards. It is designed for processes that require higher working pressure inside the vessel and is widely used in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, food, and dye industries. This reactor provides an efficient and stable solution for production processes with demanding pressure requirements.

Designed for working pressures of 1.0-2.5 mpa, the high pressure glass-lined reactor is suitable for high-pressure reactions and for chemical or pharmaceutical processes that require a higher level of operational safety.
Features
- Enhanced pressure resistance
The inner vessel is designed for a pressure range of 1.0-2.5 MPa, exceeding the pressure limits of conventional glass-lined reactors. - Improved structural strength and sealing reliability
By increasing the inner shell plate thickness and optimizing the flange structure and sealing design, the reactor achieves greater overall strength and more reliable sealing performance. - Reduced leakage risk under high pressure
Special high-pressure-resistant gaskets are used to reduce the risk of leakage during high-pressure operation.
