Our MK 1020CF cold foil stamping machines are designed for printed packaging that needs metallic foil effects without the heated die used in traditional hot foil stamping. During production, the printing unit applies adhesive to the areas that need foil, and the cold foil unit presses the foil onto those selected parts of the design. The cold foiling process creates a clean metallic finish that is ideal for printed materials used for tobacco and beverage cartons, cosmetic boxes, self-adhesive labels, and other paper-based products. Automatic foil handling and tension control keep the foil running evenly through the cold foil stamping process, so the metallic finish stays more consistent from sheet to sheet.

Pendulum Lever Step Device
