Guanhua introduced a CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, wire cutting machine and some other CNC machines which can provide us powerful molds that enable us to enhance our manufacturing strength. Each production line is also equipped with a specific mold design and maintenance team separately to adjust the mold and solve the problems in time.
Meanwhile, Guanhua carries out perfect management of the mold storage and maintenance. The molds of the same type will be stored in the related area and recorded according to the requirements of the drawing. The delivery of cargo from storage should be strictly controlled. There are more than 2000 molds used by Guanhua. Generally, the time required to develop a kind of mold for customers is typically one and a half months according to our experience.
