This pharmaceutical granulation line is particularly designed for manufacturing small spherical shaped pills, such as traditional Chinese medicine pills. The granulation line can carry out processes of powder mixing, blending, granulation, cooling, sieving, microwave drying, coating, bottling/bag filling and cartoning. During the entire production process, manual operation is not mainly required, thus greatly reducing the risks of cross-contamination while saving the labor cost.
