This series conventional school bus is delicately designed with the models of DD6690C01FX, DD6760C01FX and DD6830C01FX. By referring to the characters of the vehicle of the type in American, we take usage of the half long head design with higher security. Conforming to the two compulsory national standards of the Safety Technique Specifications of Special School Bus for Schoolchildren, and the Marker for School Bus, we manufacture the product by focusing on the safety and comfort.
Attaching Attention to Details and Focusing on Quality
Taking the utility and applicability as the design concept, we pay much attention to boosting the quality of the product and design the product by fully considering the physiological characteristics of the schoolchildren. In the vehicle, there is no sharp angle and corner. The color is also soft. Meanwhile, the safety belt is also available for each seat. The conventional school bus is compliant with the 12 compulsory requirements completely.
Safety First and Striking Marker
The whole vehicle is painted with striking yellow color and stuck with reflector panel. Under any circumstance, the product stays strikingly in the vehicle sea and can be recognized immediately. The safety gate is placed at the left side. And on the top of the carriage, there is the escape hatch. Meanwhile, three emergency door opening buttons are set up at the inside and outside of the door as well as on the dashboard to ensure that the schoolchildren and other people in the school bus can escape rapidly in the case of emergency. Furthermore, the rearview mirror without blind zone and the reversing monitor enable the driver to observe the situations at the front, middle and rear zones around the vehicle for guaranteeing the driving security.
Special Chassis and Environmental Protective Power System
The self-developed special chassis is adopted for the school bus. It is strengthened and improved by aiming at the character of the product to have higher security, reliability, comfort and passing ability. The engine, in accordance with the national III emission standard, has outstanding power performance and fuel economy.

The DD6100C01FX conventional school bus is taken for making the loaded roll stability and rollover test in the National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. It passes the test with the critical angle of 42.5°. The whole carriage adopts the closed loop frame structure. On the basis of guaranteeing the strength, we reduce the vehicle weight as far as possible via finite element analysis and optimized design as well as selecting high-quality material.
The conventional school bus can provide the driver with 360° no blind zone vision field formed by broad front windshield, corner window, truck mounted type rearview mirror, blind spot mirror and reversing monitor. The GPS vehicle traveling data recorder can totally record the position, image and sound of the vehicle during the traveling process. The camera in the vehicle can transfer the internal situation of the vehicle to the school bus control center in real time.
The conventional school bus is also configured with complete function buttons within the reach of the driver, enabling more conveniently operation. It is available with the special switch working for reminding. After the door is opened normally, the alarm lamp at the rear part of the carriage would alarm flashing with striking color and making sound continuously. Only after the driver walks to the rear part to close the special reminding switch can the door be closed normally. This device plays the function of avoiding the schoolchildren being left in the vehicle. It contributes largely to the enhancement of the security.
