The DD6109K63 transit style school bus is configured with fire extinguisher. Its interior material is the high flame retardant type. Meanwhile, the whole vehicle utilizes the high temperature resistant flame retardant material and waterproof connector. All those design details can effectively reduce the spontaneous combustion probability of the vehicle. The special schoolchildren seats are arranged with the 3 2 mode. They are fitted with softening anti-skid seat armrests and safety belts. The device for reminding the schoolchildren to fasten the safety belt can also be available as requested.
Aiming at the transit style school bus traveling in the alpine region, the product is provided with electrical heating corner window to ensure no blind spot of the vision field. At the same time, the large power defroster and electric defrosting rearview mirror can enable the driver to have good vision field. The steps are also matched with the non-slip mat to guarantee the security of the schoolchildren in the winter.
The transit style school bus is equipped with the vehicle traveling data recorder which is equivalent to the black box. This series transit style school bus has two types with the models of DD6600K01F and DD6751K01F. Its chassis exploits the through type beam which is formed with one time by using our 4000t stamping equipment. The driving security of the vehicle is ensured by the comprehensive action of front axle stabilizer bar, brake automatic adjusting arm, and optional ABS and ASR.
The transit style school bus is fabricated and designed on the basis of NVH control engineering. The engine is housed outside of the carriage to isolate the engine noise. The sealing control measures are employed for mitigating the air noise during the traveling process of the vehicle. The rear axle and leaf spring suspension of the product have been adjusted elaborately to guarantee low operating noise. The sophisticated software is also taken for matching the vehicle configuration. Together with the rationally selected engine and speed ratio, the product has excellent fuel economy.
