The sealed beam lamp is also known as parabolic aluminized reflector or PAR lamp. It is mainly used on heavy-duty pick-up trucks as well as passenger cars and trains.
Traditional PAR lamp has a circular paraboloid cover. Inside the cover are filaments surrounded by inert gas. Its manufacturing process often has stringent precision requirements to meet. The resulting lamp generally has a short life, as the filament within the lamp burns out rapidly.
In the past years, a series of researches have been done on the re-structuring of the sealed beam lamp. Eventually, our state-of-the-art PAR is created. This lamp has an inbuilt miniature xenon gas-filled bulb. Xenon bulb is easy to manufacture and assemble into the lamp. It uses xenon gas to replace filaments for improved life span and brighter beam. Water-tight housing ensures the proper function of the lamp even for the extreme weather conditions during driving.
Our xenon sealed beam lamp comes in two shapes: round and square, as is shown in the picture. It is also available in a wide range of diameters (round type) or widths (rectangular type), from 3 inches to 7 inches.
The bright beam produced by the lamp allows drivers to see the road farther forward. Xenon sealed beam technology also allows for the bulb to ignite at a higher color temperature up to 3200k. Dust- and humidity-proof, this sealed beam lamp gives a 500h longer life than the average lamps, too.

Please note:
1. The inbuilt bulb is filled with xenon gas. Nitrogen fills up the space between the inbuilt bulb andparaboloidal housing. It protects the aluminum reflective coating from oxidation, fogging, or blistering.
2. PAR87 sealed beam lamp and 4inch square PAR lamp allows users to replace the inbuilt bulb only, without the need to swap the whole structure.
