Hydraulic Swing Beam Shear
The hydraulic swing beam shear is designed with a fully-welded steel structure and a hydraulic transmission system. A vibration device is set to eliminate stress of the plate. These factors have enabled the plate shearing machine to show good performance in strength and rigidity. The hydraulic swing beam shear adopts a main hydraulic cylinder (fixed on wall plate) to perform downward shearing with nitrogen cylinder for returning, so the hydraulic system is simplified and runs more stably. During shearing, the upper tool rest of the shear swings around a fixed axis and the lever action is adopted to reduce stress on pivot, so life of the cutting edge and the swing beam shearing machine is considerably extended. The machine structure is compact and the stroke of upper tool rest can be step-less adjusted so as to increase the working efficiency.
