Research and Development
Our R&D team is consisted of 52 engineers, including senior engineers and 21 intermediate engineers. Our technicians include not only the sophisticated technicians who have been engaged in product research and development for 20 to 30 years, but also the energetic young and mature middle-aged. Due to their efforts, we have been able to keep improving and innovating in product design, performance design, and electronic control part design.
Xiaoya puts scientific and technological innovation and new product development first. We have hired German experts as technical consultants. Through continuous technological upgrade, the technological level and capability of our wash machines production lines have been continuously improved, and the company has now obtained 54 various invention patents.
On February 24, 2001, Xiaoya and the Institute of Solid State Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly established the Institute of Nanomaterials Application Technology, which applied nanotechnology to washing machines tub, developed healthy washing machine with a non-stick tub, and obtained two national invention patents.
We cooperated with Toshiba Japan on the DD direct-drive drum washer project. Meanwhile, we cooperated with EQUATOR USA to develop the first 110V integrated household drum washing machine （condensing direct-discharge）in China, which is well sold in the United States.
