The exposed frames and internal electrical components of solar panel systems have special requirements for RTV silicone sealants.
- Frames of solar power systems:
To provide strong adhesion superior resistance to aging and weather, ZS-GF-D906W RTV silicone adhesive sealant is recommended for this application, and this product has passed the 1000h-test under 95℃ and 95%RH. - Inverter:
In addition to waterproof, thermal conduction and flammability, sealants should also possess special functions.
RTV silicone conformal coating needs the cooperation of a platinum catalyst. But this catalyst will lose its activity when exposed to heavy metals, nitrogen, sulfur and phosphor, thus causing the sealant not to cure. This is common to the soldering joints and internal wires. To prevent this situation, we recommend the use of a ZS-GF-5299E RTV silicone conformal coating.
Due to electromagnetic interference inside the inverter, the power may be too high or too low after coating. In order to stabilize the power, we recommend ZS-GF-5299Z RTV silicone conformal coating.
RTV silicone is a compound that tends to stratify during long-distance transportation, which will affect the product performance. So, shake or stir the sealant before using. And we recommend this no-sag product: ZS-GF-5299E RTV silicone conformal coating.
