The stationary concrete batching plant represents a high-efficiency, combined batching solution featuring the JS-AH twin-shaft forced mixer with skip hoist paired with a precision HP aggregate batching system. Engineered for versatility, the plant offers customizable weighing configurations, including options for cumulative or individual measurement of aggregates, cement, mineral additives, water, and chemical admixtures.
A centralized control system operates the entire mixing cycle, ensuring fully automated performance. For enhanced operational control, the control system supports seamless manual override, allowing users to toggle between automatic and semi-automatic modes.
Structure and Features
The entire batching plant adopts a modular structural design, making transportation and installation more convenient.
- The mixer is equipped with the company’s JS-AH twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer, offering excellent mixing quality, high stability, and easy maintenance.
- The aggregate batching machine uses HP aggregate batcher which supports cumulative or individual weighing, providing stable batching performance, high accuracy, and fast, clean discharge.
- The weighing system is fitted with high-quality, high-precision sensors to ensure accurate measurement. Premium butterfly valves and pneumatic components ensure fast response, reliable sealing, and high operational reliability.
- The powder screw conveyor is equipped with a universal joint, making installation and maintenance highly convenient.
This batching plant features a compact structure, small footprint, economic efficiency, stable and reliable performance, and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for small-scale concrete construction sites and precast concrete component plants.

Main Components
Concrete Mixer
This twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer utilizes a skip hoist system driven by an electric winch for material charging and a valve-controlled pneumatic gate for precise discharging.
Aggregate Batching Machine
HP series aggregate batching machines feature a modular panel assembly for the bin sections for easy installation. Pneumatic batching ensures fast and accurate dosing, while belt discharge enables clean and rapid unloading. Both cumulative and individual weighing types are available to meet different batching requirements. Suitable for concrete construction sites, commercial concrete batching plants, and precast concrete plants.
Screw Conveyor
The cement screw conveyor features a housing made of high-quality steel pipes. Each section is connected by flanges. The conveying screw adopts a variable-pitch blade design, allowing smooth and stable powder material conveying.
Weighing System
The weighing system uses high-quality, high-precision sensors to ensure accurate measurement. Premium butterfly valves and pneumatic components provide fast action, reliable sealing, and high operational reliability.
