Stuffed Toy Filling Line
The stuffed toy filling line is designed for stuffing toys with soft fibers. It is controlled by PLC and it can automatically feed and open the raw fiber. It can feed up to 100 to 150 kilograms of fiber material at a time.
When the raw material reaches the limit, the semi-automatic fiber opening machine will halt feeding and switch to standby mode. The inlet and outlet of the machine is equipped with a photoelectric sensor to ensure uniform loading and prevent blockage. There is a metal detector in the inlet which can detect small metal objects like nails and staples. When it detects metal object, the machine will automatically alarm and discharge the metal object.
When the service door of the equipment is open, the machine will not run to protect the worker.
Each fiber opening machine can be combined with single or multiple fiber filling machines depending on your capacity requirements.
