Applications

Features
- Adopts an integral welded structure with 16 mm-thick steel plates, providing high rigidity and stable operation.
- Equipped with a high-performance servo motor drive system for precise control and stepless speed regulation. This enables dynamic parameter adjustment during operation, ensuring efficient and stable performance.
- Featuring a large-sized touch screen panel for easy operation, with product parameters’ storage and recall functions, allowing quick product changeover by selecting the corresponding parameters.
- Photoelectric detection with bidirectional tracking effectively eliminates packaging errors and reduces material waste.
- New longitudinal hot sealing system, enabling sealing at low temperatures, reducing film scorching during stoppage, and significantly lowering the reject rate.
- Automatic display of bag length and speed, ensuring accurate cutting.
- The parts of the flow wrapping machine that come into contact with products are made of SUS304 stainless steel to prevent contamination. Other parts may use non-stainless materials, provided they do not contaminate the product, ensuring the flow wrapper meets standardization requirements.
