As a large carpet supplier in Europe, this customer had clear requirements about the production. After communicating with the customer about one month, this customer was invited to take a visit to our factory. This customer then had confidence in our service and product quality after visiting our standard workshop. During this visit, we answered the questions the customers had before this visit with patience, which made the customer feel our professionalization and efficiency. Finally, this customer chose us from numerous suppliers for providing whole set of carpet backing manufacturing equipments.
In communication with this customer, we found that the leftover fabrics from curtain, bedding and carpet produced in the manufacturing process were not be reused, which was a great loss. Then we recommended the raw material recycling production line to this customer.
In Sept, 2017, the customer purchased two waste material recycling production lines from us. Please see below
The equipments displayed above were installed and commissioned in 2017. Then the production line runs normally and the manufacturing cost was reduced by waste material recycling production lines. In 2018, this customer was very satisfied with this production line and purchased another whole set of carpet backing manufacturing equipments in May, 2018.
