Construction Waste Treatment System
The waste sorting plant for construction waste is designed to convert construction waste into reusable materials.
- Inorganics: sand, soil, cement
- Recyclables: wood, fiberboard, cloth, plastic, rubber, metal
- Recycling of remaining decoration materials
- Recycling of demolition waste
- Post-war reconstruction
Construction and renovation waste typically consists of mixed heavy materials such as wood, concrete, bricks, rubble, metals, and plastics. After sorting, inert ferrous and non-ferrous metals are separated, and non-recyclable materials are removed. All recovered metals are transported to specialized external facilities for further classification and processing. Inert materials are recycled and supplied back to the civil construction market as substitutes for traditional quarry products. Other sorted waste is further processed into crushed stone, road base materials, and mixed filling materials for reuse.
The entire production line features a fully enclosed design equipped with dust removal and magnetic separation equipment. Controlled by a computerized automatic system with touchscreen operation, the system ensures safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation.
- This waste sorting plant shreds sorted gravel and clay into particles of roughly 10mm for brickmaking. Other recyclables are directly incinerated to generate electricity. Valuable materials such as metal and plastic are recycled and reused, thus improving material utilization and increasing economic efficiency.
- The plant has a processing capacity of 100 tons per hour.
