Extrusion
Only non-toxic, odorless and durable polypropylene will be utilized by Xinlong for the construction of our products. This ensure the high performance of our woven PP bags, which are recyclable and strong, minimizing costs for customers.
Polypropylene materials are melted and converted into a tape using an extrusion machine. To ensure the production efficiency and consistency, three large extruders are equipped at Xinlong’s plant.
